Library & Information Center

The KAPMI Library support the mission of the Collegiate Education, embracing the traditional values of Higher Education adapted for the global community in the 21st century. The Library builds collections; provide access to information and services to support teaching faculties, students, research and creative endeavours. It helps to meet the academic need of the students of UG & PG level with an institution planning and University Curriculum implementation. It motivates and organizes students for self-learning through the use of internet and Library. The purpose of the Library is to identify, acquire, organize, store, and provide on-demand access to the available intellectual and research products of scholars and students.

KAPMI Library functions as the primary Information Resources centre and it has all facilities required in the form of books, journals and internet access for e-journals. Apart from these, the library houses a growing collection of reference books, journals and previous year question papers, general reference books and competitive exam books.

The library remains open during college hours. Our college possesses a well-equipped library both for reading and lending of books meant for the students as well as teachers. The Library subscribes to 05 newspapers and 07 Journals and 04 Magazines in English and Kannada. The books are classified according to the Dewey Decimal Classification. Library has a open access system and automated with Koha Integrated Library Management software.
